Welcome!

Thank you for being here!

My name is Jordan Nickurak (she/her)

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) specializing in clinical practice based out of Edmonton, Alberta. As a therapist, my intention is to walk alongside the individuals, families and communities I support to collaboratively work towards their growth and wellness.  My passion for promoting mental health has led me to supporting adults and youth manage their experiences and challenges with topics such as trauma, grief and loss, stress, ADHD, anxiety, depression and other complex mental health needs.

I would love to hear more about you and your mental health goals!

Book a complimentary 20 minute consult call with me to get started.

Working Together

In-person (Edmonton based) or virtual (Alberta based) services are available.

My practice is rooted in a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also offer case management and system navigation services to connect individuals and their families to funding and support resources in the community.

I take a strength-based approach in our work together and am humbled to hear people's stories. I am eager to walk alongside you and offer support as you make sense of difficult life periods and work towards your preferred way of living. As a social worker, I am a strong advocate and am skilled in navigating complex systems to connect you and your family to the services you deserve.
